Can you find Ivy?
Brief
In lockdown, create an online experience for theatre-going audiences that proves immersion is possible online.
Idea
As new members of the Plymouth Point Resident's Watch, it's up to you to find Ivy Isklander. Enter a world of corporate espionage, occult horrors and shadowy cabals as you put your sleuthing skills to the test. Search the internet for clues, solve puzzles and crack codes to unravel the truth behind Ivy's disappearance. The multi-award winning Isklander Trilogy is made up of three online detective adventures which place you at the heart of a centuries old conspiracy. A reaction to the lockdown, Plymouth Point launched in May 2020, with The Mermaid's Tongue following later the same year and The Kindling Hour launching in March 2021. Packed with innovative tech, gripping storytelling and a constantly blurred boundary between fiction and reality, the trilogy proved a lockdown smash. The story begins as a simple missing persons case and - through a mixture of real history, genuine websites as well as some carefully choreographed pieces of fiction - leads the players through a pulse-racing manhunt as they hack emails, peruse CCTV footage, delve into London's murky past and pore over ancient beliefs and legends. Isklander is now being developed for TV with Gaumont - the makers of Lupin, Narcos and Tin Star.
